Topic: Belief, spirituality, mindfulness: What keeps you going?

Speaker: Guest host (and SHARE member) Dave Kent will guide a discussion. He works on this topic (and tons of others!) at his job as Senior Copy Editor at Pew Research Center.

Description: Outside of doctors or family and friends, where do you find hope or inner peace? Does religious faith play a role? Or other kinds of spirituality, like being close to nature or meditating? Has epilepsy made you more or less religious/spiritual? Dave will give a quick overview of survey research on religion and spirituality. And remember, it's judgment-free -- nobody's recruiting, everyone has their own journey, so there are no right or wrong answers!
